Former lead developer and program manager for NICS at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, with 15+ years of experience in emergency coordination systems, operational deployments, and public safety technology.
Led and supported international deployments across the Western Balkans and the United States, focused on multi-agency coordination and situational awareness.
Recipient of MIT Excellence Award in 2020.

Dylan Whitney
Dylan brings a strong foundation in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University and full-stack experience across the NICS platform, from backend services to React user interfaces. He leads platform sensor integrations and maintains the NICS Android application supporting field responders across three countries, bringing real production experience to every deployment.
Yaşar İdikut
Yaşar brings deep technical expertise across cloud engineering, DevOps, and security, with a strong foundation in robotics and systems-level thinking from his graduate research at WPI. His ability to build reliable, scalable infrastructure and translate complex technical challenges into practical solutions makes him a valuable addition to the Generation NYX team.
